Day pass
£15 a day
A flexible day pass with a hot desk. It includes unlimited access to any available desk and the following additional benefits: free parking and 2 hours of Småland playground for kids. Price incl. VAT, booking fee applies (depending on platform).
Monthly Hot Desk (IKEA co-workers)
£125 a month
This is a special type of membership: for IKEA co-workers only. It includes unlimited access to any available desk and the following additional benefits: 8 free breakfasts per month, free parking and 2 hours of Småland playground for kids. Price incl. VAT, booking fee applies (depending on platform).
Monthly Hot Desk
£150 a month
This monthly membership includes unlimited access to any available desk and the following additional benefits: 8 free breakfasts per month, free parking and 2 hours of Småland playground for kids. Price incl. VAT, booking fee applies (depending on platform).
Monthly Dedicated Desk
£270 a month
This is your monthly membership. It includes unlimited access to your dedicated desk and following additional benefits: 8 free breakfasts per month, free parking and 2 hours of Småland playground for kids. Price incl. VAT, booking fee applies (depending on platform).

Greenwich FAQs
Opening Hours & Access Times
Hej!Workshop Greenwich is open from 9am to 8pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 9pm on Friday. We are closed on the weekend.
How to access
Go to IKEA Greenwich store and follow the navigation to the IKEA restaurant. From there you will see an elevator that will take you to Hej!Workshop. To use elevator to get to Hej!Workshop Greenwich you need to use an elevator code that you received in your booking confirmation. Childcare
Each customer at Hej!Workshop Greenwich has 2 free hours at the IKEA Greenwich store’s Småland crèche. Details about the crèche can be found here - https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/customer-service/shopping-at-ikea/smaland/
Pets
Here at Hej!Workshop, we love animals, however, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home, unless they are fully trained service animals, such as guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs, who are always welcome to work with you.
Meeting rooms / Private space
We have no private meeting rooms available at Hej!Workshop Greenwich but we do have a private phone booth.
Free Parking
Free parking is available to all customers for up to 5 hours automatically. If you should need a longer time simply talk to our community manager.
Free breakfasts
Both Standard and Plus memberships come with 8 free breakfasts every month. Customers can choose between a small cooked breakfast or a vegetarian small cooked breakfast from the IKEA restaurant.
Booking a daypass or membership
We manage bookings via our partner Deskpass. Head to our posting via this page or https://app.deskpass.com/spaces/hejworkshop-greenwich?lat=51.4898241&lng=0.0159151 and book a daypass or membership there. Your payment confirmation and terms will be emailed to you by Deskpass. When booking a monthly membership, Deskpass requires a minimum 30 day booking period (including weekends and bank holidays). Booking via third party platform will include a small booking fee dependent on the platform.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel you can do this via the booking platform where you made your initial booking. Deskpass terms and conditions can be found here https://hub.deskpass.com/deskpass-cancellation-policies
Events & Community Engagement
We will try to give members two weeks notice of any events in Hej!Workshop Greenwich. If you would like to suggest an event please contact greenwich@hejworkshop.com
